    Yes. A 50% deposit is required for all first-time clients before any design work begins. Returning clients may skip the deposit if we've worked together before.

  • What’s a “Rush Drop”?

    “Rush Drop” means I stop everything to work on your project immediately—even during live events or weekends. This premium service is $1,000, and it’s available by request only.

  • How long will my project take?

    Turnaround time varies by project, but most designs are completed within 1–2 weeks. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee.

  • Do you offer consultations?

    Absolutely! Book a Pixi Power Hour—a 1-on-1 strategy call to talk through your ideas, branding, and goals. It's $150 flat and includes a follow-up summary.

  • Do you design book covers?

    Yes! I offer custom book cover design for authors and small publishers. Packages start at $600 and vary depending on layout complexity and publishing format.

  • What if I need something not listed?
