✨ Meet “Little Bit”

The heart of Shels L Pixi Media, Little Bit was illustrated by my longtime friend and talented artist [AlexandraHaleyArt]. She represents the playful, imaginative spark behind every design I create. Whether she’s holding a leaf mic or floating through your screen, she reminds me (and you!) that creativity has wings.

About Shels L Pixi

Shels L Pixi Honeysuckle has been an artist her entire life—driven by imagination, resilience, and a deep passion for storytelling.

It all began in childhood with simple black-and-white drawings—cat cartoons, flying unicorns, and anything her imagination could bring to life. As she grew, her work evolved into still life and more refined artistic styles. Early on, her talent was recognized when a house designer told her, “She’ll be great in this field.” That prediction stayed with her—but Shels would go on to build a creative path uniquely her own.

At one point, she dreamed of becoming a cartoonist, focusing on background art—designing the worlds behind the characters. That love for visual storytelling led her to study graphic design at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, Washington, where she also explored web design and animation.

In 2005, she launched Honeysuckle Studios & Designs, helping small businesses find their visual voice. A decade later, she founded Let’s Talk About The Music (LTATM), a multimedia platform dedicated to promoting independent musicians. Her design and marketing skills became a core part of the brand—supporting everything from promotional materials to social media strategy.

While redeveloping LTATM at Green River College, Shels pursued a degree in Business Management. During that time, she was encouraged to reimagine her creative work as a business—one that blends marketing, storytelling, and real-world experience. That vision became Shels L Pixi Media.

Beyond digital work, Shels also performed as “The Pixi” from 2012 to 2018, appearing at fairy festivals and participating in modeling. While this was more of a creative passion than a profession, it added another dimension to her artistic identity and presence.

Her journey has not been without challenges. Shels has faced mental health struggles, including anxiety and past trauma, as well as periods of instability. Through it all, she has continued to grow, learn, and push forward—building a life rooted in creativity, education, and purpose. Her experiences have shaped not only who she is, but how she connects with others.

Today, Shels is focused on building both Let’s Talk About The Music and Shels L Pixi Media—two brands that work together to support independent artists and small businesses. Through Shels L Pixi, she offers promotional design, marketing, blogging, and visual storytelling, with LTATM serving as a living example of her work in action.

At her core, Shels is a lifelong learner—especially passionate about history, storytelling, and understanding how creativity and business intersect. She believes that growth is always possible, and that with passion, education, and persistence, anyone can build something meaningful.
